Affinity Customer Service Centers Retail Display
This project was originally conceived as a series of 3×7 foot glass panels showcasing Affinity Health Plan’s product offerings for a new customer service center (then known as retail stores) in Brooklyn, NY, and was expanded to become the template for all locations. The images for the other locations were changed to reflect the people and landmarks in the neighborhood and borough where each CSC resides. The project expanded to include modified versions of the “…U Got This” light post banners and billboards which were part of a citywide campaign on living healthier.

Installation
The original product boards were printed on 3×7 foot glass panels that were installed by a sign company. I was onsite to make sure there were no imperfections during printing and to supervise the installation. A slightly smaller set of product boards were created for the new flagship location in the lobby of Affinity’s new headquarters. The company was in the process of renovating all of its customer service centers at the time. The glass product boards were installed in the newly renovated locations as they came online, while the rest got smaller foam core versions.

I supervised the installation of the panels in four locations, and the installation of the foam core versions in the remaining 14 locations in New York City, Long Island and Upstate New York. This also included measuring each CSC to make sure the product boards and the ‘…U Got This’ posters fit the space.
